How It Works: Recruiter Value
Recruiting companies validate technical skill levels in many ways, yet still may have
difficulty placing people in positions where their client is completely satisfied. Perhaps clients
are on the fence with using a recruiting firm because of the forfeiting of too much trust
that the client is not willing to give? Hiring Interviews was started by hiring managers
and people that work with hired candidates. This method was the result of what we found a
hiring company or manager desires, and that is a good, face to face, hard core technical interview.
We provide expert technical interviews via video and a brief assessment for your clients, so they may feel comfortable that your
recruiting firm is bringing quality people, validated by an objective, third party source. The process is simple, and can be managed
through our online account management system. Simply give your client a username and password and
they can view a pre-recorded interview, and an assessment of the candidate by our technical
experts at their leisure. They can potentially view 4 interviews in an hour from the comfort
of their work or home. Your client can either choose the candidate, or narrow
down the choice to just a few candidates to have their own face to face interview.
The process works like this:
Step One
Sign Up for a free account which gives you the ability to manage your jobs, candidates, and client logins
Step Two
Log in to your account and add the job categories and positions, along with a description and/or document about
the needs for the position
Step Three
Add candidates to your account that are possible fits for the position. You could also upload their resume
and have the ability to assign candidates to client logins so they may see the videos, once completed.
We do not provide candidates, we only help assess the technical ability of your candidates which helps you
find the right fit for your client.
Step Four
Let us know the candidate (through an online form) that you would like us to interview and we will schedule the
interview with your candidate and meet with him/her (in Central Florida only, there are also video conference options for other areas).
Step Five
We will interview the candidate, record on video, edit the video, create the assessment(PDF), upload
the video and assessment to your account where your clients can read and view at their leisure.
