Information Gathered through the Website

Hiring Interviews collects personally identifiable information only if you choose to complete the online forms to request further information or support services from Hiring Interviews.  The personally identifiable information that Hiring Interviews collects through these portions of the Website may include your name, company name, email address, address, telephone number, fax number and such other information as may be requested via such online forms from time to time (collectively, “Personal Information”).  Under some circumstances we may also request and collect additional information that is necessary or appropriate for the completion of a transaction requested by you, such as payment information and billing address.

All of the information that you provide on the Website is maintained by Hiring Interviews or service providers acting on behalf of Hiring Interviews.  Hiring Interviews may also collect certain non-personally identifiable information in connection with the operation of the Website, including IP addresses, browser or operating system information, data on purchases and downloads and the websites that you visit before or after you visit the Website.

“Cookies” Or Other Similar Technologies

Hiring Interviews may use “cookies,” log files, clear gifs or similar technologies on certain portions of the Website.  Hiring Interviews does not use cookies to retrieve information that is unrelated to your visit or your interaction with the Website.

Hiring Interviews does not sell Personal Information to other companies.  Hiring Interviews may disclose your Personal Information to our subsidiaries or affiliates and to third party partners whom we occasionally hire to provide services on our behalf, including support services, website services, packaging, mailing and delivering promotional materials, shipping, answering customer questions about our services and new services.  Hiring Interviews will only provide those partners with the Personal Information they need to deliver the services to us and/or on our behalf, and they will be contractually prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.  In the event that Hiring Interviews is involved in a transaction such as a merger, stock purchase or sale, or sale of substantially all of Hiring Interviews’s assets, your Personal Information may be transferred to the other party in such transaction.
