By now you've heard of the "video resume", or even some sort of video interview. The problem
with these systems is that they really don't show the honesty and integrity that you want
to portray about your skills. Hiring Interviews has taken this one step forward and allows
you to give your potential employer a login to view an interview, an actual interview, that is an honest
assessment of your skill set.
Through Hiring Interviews, you are given a video interview by one of our expert interviewers
for your field. The interviewer will then give an honest assessment for your skills to upload
to the Hiring Interviews website. Through the web site, you can direct potential employers
to view the interview where they can be assured that nothing was scripted, nor rehearsed,
and that we stand by our assessment as reference information for the job to which you are applying.
You control the login so that access can be private and only available to those employers that
you want to allow access through the free Hiring Interviews Job Seeker management module.
The process works like this:
Step One
Sign Up for a free account which gives you the ability to manage your interview and guest login
Step Two
Log in to your account and add the position type along with a description and/or document about
your skill set and resume
Step Three
Set up a password for your assigned username, you'll also be given a link to give to your potential
employers so they may log in to view your interview and assessment.
Step Four
Let us know when you would like us to interview you and we will schedule the
interview with and meet with you (in Central Florida only, there are also video conference options for other areas).
Step Five
We will interview you, record you on video, edit your video, create your assessment(PDF), upload
the video and assessment to your account where you can then add the link on your resume, along with your username and password
for your potential employers to view.
