How It Works: Who are you?
Hiring Interviews is a tool to help in the interview process by rating the
technical abilities
of a potential hire. We are not recruiters, rather a methodology utilizing experts in the
field that the candidate is being interviewed. For example, if an employer or recruiter
needs to hire a network engineer, we use an expert engineer to conduct the interview.

Depending on why you are here will determine the way in which we can help you
validate those technical skills
according to your needs.
Above, you will see three tabs that explain how Hiring Interviews can help you validate
the right people. In each tab, we'll explain how our system works, and how it can help you.
If you are a:
Company: looking to validate the technical
skills of a new hire, or, you simply would like to rate the
technical abilities
of your current staff? Choose the

Recruiter: that is looking to assess your candidates via an
objective third party, or maybe your company doesn't have a complete, expert, technical staff. Perhaps a method besides
computer based testing to

Job Seeker: looking for employment. This is not a "video resume", this is an actual interview that you can show
a prospective employer. You won't know the questions that are being asked, and are treated as if you are
walking into an actual interview being
assessed for your skills.
