Hiring Solutions: Qualifying Quality

In this day and age, it is extremely important to have the right employees in place, to do the job they were hired to do. If an employee is not a fit for a position, it may, or may not be the fault of the employee or the employer. Most times, there is not enough information to make sure the employee is qualified for the job they are applying for.

What we have found, is that the wrong candidate can cost an employer and/or a recruiting company alot of time and money if the fit is wrong. The damage a wrong candidate can create, potentially lasts a very long time in terms of incomplete projects, projects done incorrectly, etc., long after that candidate, now an employee has left. Take for example a computer programmer working on a project either with a team, or hired individually for a small company. If that person is found wihout the necessary technical skills, all the time spent is lost in terms of wages and revenues. If the employee is let go, and another put in their place, they may find things the original employee left behind; done incorrectly, having to be reprogrammed, possibly months later.

It is important to get that information up front when the employee is only a candidate. It may be just as important to have them re-evaluated on their skill levels as they grow in the company.

This is where Hiring Interviews can help, by offering the tools to make sure that your candidates and/or employees are the correct fit for the positions in your company, or for your clients, and to ensure success. In the 'How it Works' section, we'll explain how this tool functions and can fit into your environment.
