Brandon Kidd: Another good choice

Brandon was another good candidate and another interview that helped Cyrus with the graphic designer position. This interview was conducted by our interviewr Brian who found Brandon to be knowledgeable and was able to validate his skills as a graphic designer.

In the assessment, we rate the skills so that there is an executive idea of the skill level of the candidate. Although, in the interview itself, we ask extremely detailed information and ask the interviewer to treat that person as if they were being asked to work for them. Since we only use interviewers that are in the "field" and doing actual work, they ask only the question that someone in the job description would have to face.
