C# Programmer: Fabio, a good choice

Fabio turned out to be a very good interview and was able to convey his C# skills effectively. We felt that he matched up to the job description for the C# programmer and that his skills reflected what was needed for the job. The interview, as all interviews, last for an hour but the conversation is kept strictly to technical concepts and terminology.

Once the interview is over, the interviewer then makes an assessment of the candidate and fills out an executive summary, with a brief commentary on how the candidate matched up to the job description.

We cannot advise whether someone should be hired or not but what we can do is state that in the interview, the candidate, according to what was said in the interview, matches to a certain degree what is in the job description according to technical ability.

The video to the left is a brief example of an actual interview. In the interview, we edit to the relevant topics that a hiring manager would need to see. The owner, Mike Barber, was able to view the interview without actually having to conduct the interview himself, thus saving himself the time and effort in conducting a full interview. He also, was able to get an assessment from an expert C# programmer in order to match the job description.
