Cyrus
is a web development company focused on medical based applications so having the right people in place is not just important,
but critical as medical applications demand a level of accuracy that is higher than
other web based applications since they deal with highly sensitive patient information.
Mike has been in information technology for a long time but has never been involved at a deep
technical level. Surely, Hiring Interviews could help him in validating the technical
skill levels for his new hires. We did exactly that, by validating his current employees and
a potential new hire.
We interviewed a C# programmer, two graphic designers, and a project manager. Each of the
interviews went extremely well; the interviewees were very relaxed and didn't even notice
the camera. We try to make the interviews on topic and relaxed as much as possible while
maximizing the amount of information.
