By providing an expert technical interviewer, we can assess your job description and position with an interview of your candidate/employee (provided by you). We rate the skill level of the interviewee and give you an executive summary of the interview and how it went. The interview is video taped, and through your account, on the Hiring Interviews website, you can view an edited 10 minute video of the important parts of the interview while reading over the assessment.

The account you are given is free of charge and can use it as a way to manage your positions and resumes via the website. You also use it as a way to order and schedule interviews, view the interviews and view the assessments of the candidates. Potentially, you could view 4 interviews in an hour, with an objective third party (Hiring Interviews), to help suggest your hiring decision or assess current employee ability.

The process works like this:

Step One

Sign Up for a free account which gives you the ability to manage your candidates'/ employees' interviews

Step Two

Log in to your account and add the position along with a description and/or document about the needs for the position

Step Three

Add candidates to your account that are interested in the position and that you feel are good fits. You would also upload their resume so that we can see if there is a match with the job description. We do not provide candidates, we only help assess the technical ability of your candidate or employee.

Step Four

Let us know the candidate (through an online form) that you would like us to interview and we will schedule the interview with your candidate and meet with him/her (in Central Florida only, there are also video conference options for other areas).

Step Five

We will interview the candidate, record on video, edit the video, create the assessment(PDF), upload the video and assessment to your account where you can read and view at your leisure.
